He ran through the scheduled with us at the beginning of everything and when the reception was about to start, he went through everything again to make sure that everything was going to go how we wanted it to. He was awesome!! As far as I am aware, he played requests pretty soon after they were requested. He blended the ending of one song and the beginning of the next very well. Just wanted to say Mike was awesome, from the start to finish he made sure to let us know it’s our day and he adapted to any last minute changes with no complaints and was a super friendly guy. Multiple people came up to us to compliment him and I’m pretty sure he got a referral for a wedding next year. Andrew showed up to set-up for our outdoor wedding ceremony and with weather pending he was so easy to work with and never made us feel rushed to make the decision whether we had to move the ceremony indoors. He was laid back and wanted to make sure we had the best day. We had a fantastic day, and we're so glad we chose Ultimate Entertainment for our wedding!

Just of note for Timbers Edge - we thought putting Andrew in the back corner by the stairs worked really well! We had heard Timbers Edge was very hard to control sound for a lot of DJs, but we didn't think there was any issue with him there!

The speeches were very easy to hear even with the sound system being far away from us, which was awesome. I also thought giving us time between the end of the speeches and the start of our first dances was nice. This way we could go to the bathroom or talk with some of our guests.

Overall, it was a great night and Ultimate Entertainment was a huge part of it. Josh did a great job playing different genres of songs and when the dance floor started to lack people he did a great job at getting people back on the dance floor. Everyone had a great time. I think we got most of the priority requests played. The things that went a little wonky were all very minor and didn’t detract from our day at all. It would have been more weird to have everything go perfectly, lol. Holly was super helpful and was a great emcee! We felt like she did a really great job. We had the best time with Andrew! He helped us figure out when to do what during the reception and he was so fun (as he always is). Our friends wouldn’t leave the dance floor. He checked in often to make sure we were happy with how things were going which was great, he also checked in before starting to play the less grandma friendly songs to make sure it wouldn’t offend any of the guests still there by the end of the evening. I would recommend him and this company to anyone!

The planning process with your team was outstanding.  I’ve told many people how amazing you were to work with and how you were one of the best vendors we worked with in terms of giving us tips and tricks as well as advice on what you have seen works well for weddings.  The staff was very energetic everyone we talked to them and it was genuine.  If I could leave a 6 star review,  I would. When the reception was winding down and my parents were staring to pick a few things up, Mike offered them a few times to help them out, that is going above and beyond, and that’s awesome!   Overall we were so impressed, my husbands best man actually referred us to you and Mike said he recognized him, which was pretty cool because he got married about 8 years ago.

We used Ultimate Entertainment for our wedding here several weeks ago and they were phenomenal! To start, Sean made our lives super easy and we were able to have access to an online website portal where it made planning for our music so much easier. We had several phone calls and they were so responsive, professional and beyond helpful. They were easy to get ahold of and quick to respond to any email. Our DJ was Josh and let me tell you, he was AMAZING. Josh was super friendly and accommodating. He played every request we had and was even able to let us do two karaoke songs! The dance floor was packed all night and we got so many complements on our DJ Josh. I would recommend Ultimate Entertainment to anyone planning a wedding. They are the best in the business! Our 3 siblings got married last summer and people made comments about how our DJ and dance was the best of the 3! Honestly I was a little hesitant to hire a DJ company I hadn’t seen at an event before, but on recommendation from a family friend I took a leap of faith and it paid off beautifully. Plenty of communication (and in a timely manner) was so helpful in making sure everything went off without a hitch. I have had a great experience with ultimate dj service, Sean was wonderful during the planning process and dj corey was wonderful during the wedding!

Andrew was very professional, organized, and kept things running smoothly throughout the night. He checked in on us several times to make sure we were happy with the music selections and asked for any requests from us. Our guests had a great time and even with the event space being indoor/outdoor, there were guests on the dance floor all night. We are pretty low maintenance and trusted that we hired an expert in DJ service, and Andrew Kruse and Ultimate Entertainment delivered!

The website was very helpful and easy to use. It helped us plan out the evening exactly how we wanted and made it stress free!  Tim asked us what kind of music we wanted to play during dinner and played appropriate songs. Tim was very knowledgeable and made the evening go very well. I did not have to worry about missing something or having the dance floor empty. It was always hoppin!

Everything was perfect. You know the DJ did a great job when all of the guests are chanting “One more song!” At the end of the reception. (Andrew ended up playing 3 extra songs instead which brought a perfect ending to our reception)

Ultimate Entertainment are the best DJ's I have ever worked with at an event. Brittaney and I were very impressed. Corey was super friendly and very helpful. I had so many friends who were BLOWN away by how he handled things. He was so professional and was very helpful. Honestly he helped make the reception was wonderful as possible. I was thankful when he stayed a few minutes past 11 to help us close the night off with some songs that we wanted to dance together with our friends and family. Corey did such a wonderful job. He was very energetic, organized, helpful and fun to have around. He helped make the reception flow and handled any request made. 

Sean you were awesome. So helpful and professional. Truly made it a enjoyment to talk to and relieved any and all stress music/directing wise.  The flexibility, the ability to keep people entertained and engaged. Controlled chaos while keeping people in the loop of what was going on.  Thank you. As a last minute event planning, it seemed flawless. Communication was top notch and never had to worry about annoying Sean with questions and or special requests. It was a pleasure working with you and your company.

The day went above and beyond our expectations. We were left without words once the night was over. Having all of our favorite people we love in one room followed by an outgoing DJ who knows how to throw a party was pretty amazing. We would recommend Ultimate Entertainment to any couple wishing to have the night of their lives! 

Corey was super friendly and very fun! I’m so glad we had him!  From what I can remember any song that one of my guests requested they were played and any song that my husband and I requested were immediately played next. It was great!  The dancing was my all time favorite and the music was so good ALL of our friends were out there with us!

My favorite part was that the dance floor was PACKED the whole night. Andrew was very vocal in helping push the reception along, but he never took the spotlight from the party. He also helped communicate our shuttle that we set up which was super helpful. 

We were even more impressed than we thought we would be with Ultimate. Andrew and Sara were absolutely exactly what we needed them to be. Andrew kept us on schedule and kept everything fun. My wife and me worried a little about having two brides in this wedding, but Andrew handled it with ease. Our wedding was a dream come true and Ultimate was a huge part of that! Sara also presented us with a graphic of our first dance that was BEAUTIFUL!!! We are so thankful.

Corey was nothing short of amazing! He came in and got all the info he needed to be prepared and allowed us to have as few worries as possible on the day of. The whole night was great and we had a great line of communication all night whenever we wanted to do something or when we snuck out at sunset to take some more pictures; he went and kept the party moving and people dancing! We can't say enough how much value the photobooth adds to the event! All of our guests loved that they got their photo strips and I was so excited to get the flash drive and look through all the pictures. We will recommend your company, the photobooth, and tell people to request Corey specifically if they can! 

From the start of wedding planning, we knew we wanted a dance party with all of our loved ones that felt like it could go all night. Andrew made this wish come true, and our guests agreed. We have been told by our venue and other vendors that this was an incredible party, and our guests have even described it as a "lively and raging dance floor" and "SO much fun." My only wish is that the night never had to end.

I would love for people to know how flexible you were in our situation with our son being hospitalized. To know that you would have been accommodating of rescheduling was so reassuring to us. Your flexibility and support in our situation was incredible and we are very grateful for that. 

What I liked most is that we the bride and groom had so much fun!! Tim did an awesome job playing good tunes! He was insanely friendly and was always making sure we were happy! We couldn’t rave enough about Tim and would recommend him to anyone!

Ultimate entertainment made our wedding the most magical day.  Every wedding I have ever been to plays for much of this type of music too many slow songs, dj talks too much or too little. Ultimate Entertainment MADE it our wedding. And I got to talk to Andrew that day so it was the most perfect day ever!

Corey kept everything running smoothly.  There were no awkward moments where people were sitting there wondering what was going to happen next.  I had several guests ask if I personally knew the DJ because he was so happy and energetic and made the entire night about us.

Thank you all for a wonderful experience!  Every time I had a question or concern pre-wedding or during the reception everyone was so quick to help out. 

Andrew did an amazing job and helped make our day so special. Everything was perfect! Especially, the mashup song we did for the spot light dance. I really appreciated your help in putting that together and Andrew did a great job with the transition from the spot light dance to the family dance!

Ultimate Entertainment made planning our reception music easy and fun! Huge music library, awesome DJ, and great management that exceeded all of our expectations. I would definitely recommend UE to others!

Thank you guys so much for making our day go smoothly! The entire planning process was so easy going through the online system, plus I appreciated the call a week before to go over everything and I also appreciated Corey going through  everything day of to be sure everyone was on the same page.

I truly believe that the dj is a huge part of a wedding. The reception is the celebration after the ceremony & Sean made sure it was a celebration. Everyone was involved & made everyone feel comfortable to do their speeches, make song requests, & even let the kids “help” him dj. 10/10 will recommend to everyone.

My wife and I are so happy we chose you as our wedding DJ. As someone who appreciates good mixing, we never felt at all like there was a hiccup in between songs.
