Sean Morrissey

Hi there!  I’m Sean, I’m the owner of UE.  I’ve asked our team to write about their favorite moments at weddings as opposed to a “resume”.

The reason I did that is because I want you to know that each and every wedding we do is new and unique!  All of them have a "special" moment that stand out to all of us.

When I hire and train a new DJ, I am constantly asking myself “Would I trust this person to DJ someone in my family?”  If the answer is yes, then they get the green light to continue training.  As they move through our various levels of training events, working with other DJ’s to various degrees, the DJ that is training them is asking themselves the very same question I did. 

By doing so, we find DJ’s who treat EVERY wedding as if it was their own.  Our only goal is to ensure you and your guests have the kind of reception you look back on and smile for the rest of your lives together!

My favorite moment (by the way) it’s always the first dance.  No matter how many guests you have – that first dance, those 3 minutes and 47 seconds of your first song, is perfect.  Everything else goes away and I can watch my couple share a magical unique moment that is only for them and it’s beautiful to watch!

Michael Grimm (Beardface)

Music and performance are passions of mine, and what I believe to be the purest expression of humanity.  It is such a blessing to be able to work where my heart is.  In the ten years I’ve been a part of Ultimate Entertainment, I have had the pleasure of hosting many different kinds of parties: weddings, karaoke, clubs, talent shows, birthdays, holiday parties, and even celebrations in entirely different languages and cultures!

Being able to help people celebrate and partake in once in a lifetime moment is my drive to continue growing in my talents and put only the best I have to offer onto to the table at every event.  For me, Ultimate Entertainment is not just the “company I work for”, but rather a goal to constantly achieve perfection for our clients.

Tim Greenwald

I have been with the UE family since 2007. In my career, I have personally DJ’d over 500 weddings in Iowa.  Weddings are one of my most favorite things in life. I love the vibe and energy that each wedding has! One of the best things about doing what I do is seeing the excitement and joy on the face of each couple I get to work with!  Whatever mood you are wanting for your special day, I will help make sure that happens.  When I am not in wedding mode, you can usually find me in other places running karaoke show, music bingo, or photo booths!

I am always dipping my hands in new tech. I love to try and experiment with new ideas, technology, and new methods on how to make things run better.

Andrew Kruse

Hi! My name is Andrew Kruse, I joined Ultimate Entertainment because I love music and entertaining. I quickly discovered that I can do both of those things and much more when I dj weddings.  I always do whatever it takes to help make your day an unforgettable one, and the smiles at the end of the day prove it.

I’ve always enjoyed pleasing others through my craft and seeing their enjoyment in the results. Music has always been a big part of my life and I love all kinds of it! Creating the perfect playlist for my couple and being able to mix different genres in a way they work together is something I take pride in

Nichole Diehm

Nichole has been a familiar face in the wedding industry since 2011 when she started Inspired Images by Nichole, which was changed to Nichole Diehm Photography in 2014. "I've always loved educating myself beyond my own niche, so when the opportunity arose to expand my wedding knowledge into the DJ side, of course I took it. I'm very much looking forward to joining forces, offering new perspectives as well as aiding in making sure couples' experience runs as smoothly and stress free as possible.

Holly Harward

Working at Ultimate Entertainment has allowed me to combine my three passions: performing, creating memorable events, and helping others. I began working at Ultimate Entertainment as a spur of the moment decision while I was in college and it has been one of the best choices I’ve made. Throughout the years, I have traveled all over Iowa, meeting hundreds of couples, and most importantly being an influential part of something they will remember forever. In Spring of 2021, I graduated from the University of Northern Iowa with my Bachelors degree in Public Relations with an emphasis in Special Events. UE has gifted me with the ability to apply my knowledge in events with my deeply innate interests. I take great pride in helping others authentically celebrate one of the most special days of their lives.

Caitlin Hurban

As a Cedar Valley native, I love giving back to the community which helped me become who I am. I love bringing a fun energy to any party. One of my favorite things is the enjoyment I see when someone really loves a song that is being played. This is what makes this one of the best jobs in the world.
